Special Guest: Rhonda Ezell Rhonda Ezell is the lead plaintiff in a pair of successful lawsuits (Ezell v. Chicago and Ezell v. Chicago II) against the City of Chicago, overturning the city's ban on public shooting ranges and the zoning restrictions that made building a range in the city impossible.
