Episode 71 Fear Is a Sneaky B*tch Keeping Your From Authenticity

Fear is a sneaky bitch that can very easily keep you from being your authentic self. The same fear of being isolated from the group because a saber toothed tiger (or some other threat) would kill us, is the same fear that tells us being a unique individual is dangerous. In this episode I share a quick exercise and some questions to keep in mind to help you start taking action as yourself instead of waiting for the fear to go away.
