The Hairy Man of Vergas Trails is a local legend in the small town of Ottertail County located in West Central Minnesota. The town of Ottertail County has a population of just over three hundred people. It is said that the Hairy Man of Vargas Trails is described as being just over eight feet tall, has long straggly hair, a very musty smell and is always described as barefoot. According to local legend it has been sighted since the 1960's. Some claim that it is just a local legend, others claim that it is a local hermit living in the woods scaring off the local children from the area. In the first two-parter of the podcast, Danielle begins the tale of Griselda Blanco, AKA the Godmother, Queen of Cocaine, and La Madrina. A powerful drug queenpin from Colombia. She became a powerhouse in the 1980s in Miami and was a direct distributor of cocaine for Colombia. She was feared by everyone in the industry and was known to provoke violence even when it wasn't necessary.
