My guest today, Dr. Mark Goulston is a Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches Coach and Founding Member of the Newsweek Expert Forum. He is also a business psychiatrist who helps founders, entrepreneurs and CEOs to overcome any psychological or interpersonal challenges. He is the author or co-author of nine books with his book, "Just Listen," which has been translated into 27 languages and becoming the top book on listening in the world. For 25 years he had a subspecialty in suicide prevention and none of his suicidal patients died by suicide which he credits to Surgical Empathy, an approach he developed and introduced to the world in a recent book written during Covid entitled, Why Cope When You Can Heal? His most recent venture is Michelangelo Mindset which helps people imagine, see and realize success, happiness and fulfillment in their future just as Michelangelo did with the statue of David and all the other sculptures and paintings, including the Sistine Ceiling.
