Episode 71: How Boxing and the Marine Corps Shaped a Pool Remodeling Company’s Principles with Michael Sandoval

On this special Veterans Day episode, we were honored to sit down with Michael Sandoval who is the owner of Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling. Michael served 15 years in the United States Marine Corps. He tells his story and how boxing at a young age, as well as his time in the military,  helped shape who he is as a person as well as instilled many of the principles used by the company today. Michael has built a great staff, many of them being veterans. He not only employs veterans but also offers a veterans discount to the public for anyone who has served in the military of any capacity. They also do an annual veteran giveaway to a veteran who is in need of a therapy pool who cannot afford it. We really enjoyed hearing his story and were very honored to be able to share it.  We want to thank Michael, as well as all the other men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.
