Without Spirit we are nothing. Without Spirit the body and mind withers. We resist the reality of our life and thus elongate our suffering. The body is a direct print out of the mind. Take a torture filled mind, a torture struck body and move that through the world; what type of life do you think that will create? Whether you realize it or not you are a little creating machine. All you do is create. The absence of spirit gains the world and its feeble treasures.
