On today's episode, Dennis speaks with the Founder of Mayhem Mindset, Jimmy Hensel. Jimmy is an author, speaker, teacher, and mental conditioning coach. Hensel has served in multiple roles throughout his career, including Director of Football Culture and Player Development at the University of Northern Colorado and Tennessee Technological University. Hensel is currently a Reserve Deputy with the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office in Cookeville, Tennessee. Jimmy has dedicated his career to helping others define themselves and create personal philosophy and vision while getting clear on their mission in life. He has worked with individuals like CrossFit Games Champion Rich Froning and MMA Champion Michael Chandler. Hensel has worked with organizations across the country, along with pioneering the Culture Coach positions at two universities. Hensel’s mental conditioning process is currently part of the curriculum at Middle Tennessee State University's CBHS Center for Student Coaching and Success. I’m addition, Hensel’s Mental Conditioning process is an online course designed to help an individual establish their personal identity, organize their core values, and write a code to move forward in life.
