Episode 716 – Fostering Innovation In Your Business with Dan Toma

After co-authoring the award-winning book The Corporate Startup, Dan founded the consultancy company Outcome. At Outcome, Dan is helping large companies transform to be able to grow for the future while running their today's core businesses. In this capacity, he worked with blue-chip companies around the world, most notably John Deere, Bayer, DNB, Indonesian Telekom, and DNV. In 2020 he was featured on Thinkers50 Radar List of management thinkers to watch. Currently, Dan is writing a second book aimed at helping companies measure innovation; Innovation Accounting will be available in bookstores in September 2021.
