Episode 72: Accelerating Leadership, Interview with Lance Hazzard

This week we interview Lance Hazzard who shares lessons learned from his career and from his book Accelerating Leadership. Lance is an author, certified executive coach, and a former Fortune 100 HR Vice President. He uses expertise and experience to guide clients to develop greater insights, build capabilities, gain new perspectives and make choices that resonate with their values, allowing them to operate more effectively, achieve desired results and lead more authentically. Prior to founding Oppnå® Coaching, Lance served as a Vice President of Human Resources at Medtronic, a global medical technology and solutions company, working in multiple global business units and group functional capacities. Lance holds an MS in Economics from Butler University and a BA in Social Science, Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University.
