Donovan has won five global T20 titles in a coaching capacity. As one of the few coaches in the region that has the level 4 coaching qualification it made sense to unpick his brain. We talk his career in the game then pivot to looking at the art of coaching T20 franchises and the nuances involved in developing players games. Donovan is yet to have his services utilised by the West Indies so we look at that issue as well particularly in light of our white ball woes.
