In Episode 72 we discuss the difference between the mental experience of gratitude and how gratitude feels in the physical body. I share how this practice allowed me to step out of fear about all the shifts happening in my life and come back fully into the body, where I was able to shift out of fear and back into ease and relaxation. We also do a Tarot card pull and talk about how we can fully harvest the abundance of our spiritual work only when we can step out of fear. This is a deeply grounding meditation in which we explore how gratitude feels in the parts of our bodies that are holding tension, discomfort or pain.
