Episode 72 - Road To Redemption With Jayden Nikorima

This week I am joined by Jayden Nikorima 🎙️  Many would know him as that young kid that signed the big money contract at the Sydney Roosters which didn't end well. Jayden ended up going down a path of drugs and alcohol which lead to his contract being torn up, a court case against him and then being charged with high range drink driving. Jayden is now on the path to redemption and re-igniting his NRL career but in the mean time he is working on himself both mentally and physically to be be the best version of himself and be able to help others which he does through youth camps.  Jayden's story really shows that even if you are a NRL player or someone who works a 9-5 job that anyone can go down the wrong path and struggle with mental health but ultimately come out the other side.
