Had to do a quick run around the Philly sports scene in this one. The Eagles were doing fantastic things, but are they truly an elite team? Time is really needed to tell, based on the schedule ahead. The Phillies are prime candidates for a collapse, but good leadership from the Big 3 (Schwarber, Harper, and Realmuto) are going to be the arbiters of making sure that doesn't happen. The Flyers also are watching their season flounder away, and it hasn't even started. We're getting back to the Panini Diamond Kings Box, and seeing the cards lean retro. Beer of the week is from Marlowe Artisanal Ales, brewed in collaboration with Coles Road Brewing. It's a double IPA brewed with Citra hops, honey, and wild yeast picked off a flower.
