Episode 72: Super Mario Bros. Wonder

This week's episode is full of hidden surprises and wonders as we talk about the new Mario game, Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Super Mario Bros. Wonder is a 2023 platform game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It is the first traditional side-scrolling Super Mario game since New Super Mario Bros. U in 2012. The player controls Mario and friends as they attempt to stop Bowser, who plots to take over a new land known as the Flower Kingdom after using the magical Wonder Flower to fuse himself with the kingdom's castle. Correction: During the discussion, Nicky and Eric talk about the secret stage, 'The Final-Final Test Badge Marathon'. Eric is under the impression that he has played the stage when he had not yet. It is indeed one of the hardest stages ever. Press Any Button hosts Nicky (a new gamer) and Eric (a lifetime gamer) are a married couple who both love video games. For every video game they will discuss its past (history of the game, developers story, and fun facts), present (game play, game review and strategy), and future (will there be a sequel?? A movie?)  BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE… Every game also comes with a challenge presented by the host that chose the game. If the challenge is not completed then whoever failed has to do a video game rap!
