Not a minute by minute but an hour-by-hour Can you describe the career path for a marketer in your company? How much time does that take for really good people? Describe the overtime experience to me. How flexible can you be with the time when we're waiting on other people to give us a deliverable? Can I go home and come back when they're ready? Can I clock off and clock back on later? How do your technical and professionals prioritize marketing?
