The Youth Employment Project provides soft-skills training to high schoolers, then matches the students up with companies that might need a hand over the summer months. The students get valuable experience and the companies get another worker, especially important during summer vacation time. Alliance CEO Keith Lawing describes YEP during Episode 73 of the BizTalk with Bill Roy Podcast. He says the program has grown each year they have provided it.
