Born and raised in Brooklyn's Bed-Stuy neighborhood, Ken Granderson moved to the Boston area in 1980 to attend MIT, and in 1997 created the World's First Online Black History Encyclopedia https://BlackFacts.com.  As far back as 1996, Ken also put Boston’s largest Black neighborhood of Roxbury, scores of Black businesses in several states, and the Government of the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia online.
