Controversy, FTP style ensued when our Compassionate Lawyer blurted out that she does not completely accept how social, environmental or behavioral factors can affect a person to the extent and degree as a biological or genetic disorder to render a person truly mentally ill.  Our phone guest and our in studio guests of CST almost came to verbal blow, when the topic of consumer satisfaction in the eyes of the mental health clients was discussed.  How can you tell if a loved one suffers from a Mental Illness, where do you go for assistance, start by tuning into this episode. Mental disease or defect.
