On this episode, this week’s guest is Fatima (@fallviigetupviii). I came across Fatima's Instagram page through several other mutual friends and we began talking through DMs. I admired her for her weight loss journey as at the time of this podcast, she has lost just over 100 lbs. As well as her weight loss, Fatima is a runner, a resident Texan and a lover of food. I wanted to get her on the podcast to discuss her background, her weight loss journey, running and what she has coming up next in her journey. I had a lot of fun getting to know Fatima a little more.
