Hey Friends! Welcome to the BE ENCOURAGED! Podcast.  I am so extra pumped about this episode! This conversation was exactly what I needed, more than you all know! I have a feeling that if you pressed play today; it’s going to do the same thing for you, too! So let’s dive in and meet Misty Phillip, our guest speaker for episode #74! Misty sparks a bright light of encouragement, wisdom, and biblical truth into the media world, today! She is the Founder of Spark Media, author, podcast host, mom, wife, business woman, and holding the torch to light a way for believers who are trailblazing their way into their calling and purpose, so that they can develop and improve upon their own gifts and talents! If you are building a career or perhaps you have ambitions of one day growing into what you are dreaming up for the future, then this will give you pockets full of wisdom! I say pockets full of wisdom because, I have this drawer in my office off all the notes, sticky notes, and church bulletin boards I have written on, where I’ve captured pockets full of wisdom on and saved to reflect on! It’s my stash of inspiration and encouragement, when I need a beacon of light or hope. Because there are days that we all face “time”. Sometimes it’s the perfect time, other times we aren’t ready, sometimes we think we are more ready for what’s to come, than what we really are, or we may be in a season where we feel we may never get out of the wilderness years, to see any part of the dream manifest. Here’s the hope — it’s not about our timing. If we truly want what God wants for us, then we know to trust Him. This is also something I mentioned in last week's episode, # 73!
