You've no doubt heard the old adage "If you want to make God laugh, make a plan." We counter with this - "If you want to make everyone in your business feel true homicidal rage, don't make a plan." Maybe not as catchy, but it definitely sends a message, right? Probably not as funny on a coffee mug, admittedly - feels like the sort of thing that eventually ends up in the court trial as State's Exhibit E or F. This week, our boys Sid and Keith hammer home yet another episode about the importance of planning, making sure that you keep your commitments and lock your eyes on the prize - because your business and your well-being in every facet of life depends on your being able to anticipate, act and adjust for what the future may throw at you.
