Show Notes: In this episode Sarah interviews Aubrey, of the "Mama Hood Blog." Aubrey shares some personal experiences of when she struggled deeply with postpartum depression and being suicidal, which is what led her to start her private Facebook group for moms and her blog. She talks about how her blog was very therapeutic for her and helped her feel like she had a voice, when at the time she felt very isolated. She talks about her struggle to love motherhood, and things she does to get through the harder times.
