In today's episode i am joined with Wales futsal international and podcaster Chris, we talk about Chronic Illness how it affects us the good and the bad and why we raise awareness of our conditions. We discuss Diabetes which Chris has and Crohn's disease which i have of course we talk about the similarities and differences. Chris is a Co-host of the Chronic Power Podcast, which supports young adults with Chronic conditions. I was thankful to go on the show and talk about my Crohn's and Autism journey's. Chris also runs a Diabetes podcast, he was fortunate to play games internationally for his country Wales in futsal, due to his diabetes he is the first person to play at an international level for his country and first with a Chronic Illness by playing futsal. Chris motto is if we say nothing, changes! Thank you Chris for a great conversation!
