Last Goodbye.On this episode we speak to Merri Cyr. Merri Cyr has worked as a fine art and commercial photographer since 1990. Primarily focused on portraiture of musicians and artists, her clients include Disney, Apple, Columbia Records, Sony, Vimeo, Warner Brothers, Verve, Polygram, Rolling Stone, among many others. She is author of “A Wished-for Song, Portrait of Jeff Buckley” and has recently completed her second book “25 Years of Grace”, a project commissioned by Rowman and Littlefield. For both books, she created the photos, conducted interviews, and executed the graphic design as well. Her photography is represented by Morrison Hotel Gallery in New York City and Los Angeles.Earning her MFA in design/digital art at UMass Dartmouth in 2019, Merri graduated with honors and now focuses her attention on projects incorporating social practice ideas into her teaching, artworks and curatorial practice.Please support the Mark and Me Podcast here https://www.patreon.com/Markandme
