Was wild on skateboarding but that’s about it. Fast forward until about 25 years old and picked up ‘fun running’ and went into amateur boxing just as stress reliever, ended up being involved as coach, chairman and all sorts for around 15 years. Got into cycling around 10-12 years ago and never looked back and duathlon was the natural progression for me.
