Episode 76: JFK - Was John Liggett the President's Mortician?

Was John Liggett responsible for the alteration of JFK's body? After all, as David Lifton states in Best Evidence: "FBI agents Sibert and O’Neill reported that when the President’s body arrived at the autopsy room at Bethesda Naval Hospital, there had been, ‘surgery of the head area, namely, in the top of the skull.’" Was this the work of Liggett?
