Episode 76: Slaps and Kisses

“I’d rather slap you with the truth than kiss you with a lie” -Russ. Today’s talk builds off of these external references that I’ve been using. The importance of recognizing and accepting truth, which allows us to be so much better off in the long term, is essential for us when we’re experiencing difficulty and struggle. Actively seeking truth to have better long term outcomes is always the better route compared to accepting the short term pleasures that come with comforting falsehoods. I hope you guys enjoy this.
