Send us Fan MailEpisode 77: Dr Crystal Beckman, SARDIThis week we are joined by Dr Crystal Beckman, who is a Research Scientist at SARDI and was involved in the recently released ‘Survey of Recreational Fishing in South Australia in 2021-22.’ It was great to chat with Dr Beckman about how the research was conducted, some of the interesting findings and what this means for rec fishing into the future.We also discuss our recent week away fishing with our families to Yorke Peninsula, including catching plenty of whiting, squid, scallops, crabs and crayfish + one big fail, a near ‘Donut’ trip to Althorpe Island off Marion Bay.
