We've spoken before about the difficulties caregiving can present to those caring for a parent or child and the strain it can put on the relationships in a family. Sometimes it can feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. Shelly talks about her deep understanding of caregivers' needs that comes from the years she took care of her father-in-law and then her own parents.
