Episode 77: Gemma Noonan

Today's guest is the Managing Director of The Giggs Group and has over 20 years of experience in the coaching and HR space. She is an expert in leadership, team building, training & development, and, performance management. Specialising in driving change and culture and helping individuals and teams to understand and apply their values (personal and organisational) in everything they do. She describes herself as a people leader, supporting business leaders and their teams to achieve their strategic plans. A certified Executive Coach and currently volunteer as a Governor / Chair of Governor for two schools and a mum of two boys, she has her work cut out.
