Episode 77: The 3 Life Lessons We Learned Staying in a Cabin in the Middle of The Mountains

Have you ever heard your own thoughts? What environments were you in when this occurred? In the city, you can hear the cars, people talking, & all of the sounds of modern living constantly going on all around you. Its easy to become distracted by everything going on outside of yourself. It’s easy to point fingers and distract yourself from yourself. Out in the middle of the mountains, all that is available to you is the quiet, subtle sound of your own unique energetic blueprint. One of the best forms of therapy or revitalizing yourself, is being totally immersed into nature. Although it does force you to feel all of the emotions that are presently flowing through you, and it can be challenging at times, but it is a highly impactful and transformative experience. In this episode, we share our experiences, lessons learned, and some insights as we were by ourselves with our dog Romeo, a cabin, and a stream flowing down the mountain directly in the front yard in North Carolina.
