Episode 77: Trevor Knight | Former Oklahoma and Texas A&M Quarterback Subscribe on Apple Podcast | Google Play | Stitcher Rich Take On Sports Show Notes: Rich Spotlight: Trevor Knight Continues to get asked about Katy Perry calling him out on ESPN College Gameday Sports has always been a part of his life with him and his twin brother Connor Parents had to have their birth certificates during games early in their childhood to prove their age because they were so much bigger than other kids Grew up a huge Texas Longhorn fan and would attend games wearing a Colt McCoy jersey telling people he was Colt’s younger brother Originally committed to Texas A&M but changed that commitment to Oklahoma after visiting OU with his brother Earned the starting QB position his redshirt freshman year and would eventually be named Sugar Bowl Most Outstanding Player after beating Alabama Lost the starting position to Baker Mayfield and decided to transfer to Texas A&M after he received his degree in December 2015 Hardest hit he received was from Alabama linebacker C.J.
