Over the last several years the question has been asked, “Reid, what is it you are doing these days?” There is a short and a long answer to this question. The short answer is that he helps strengthen and encourage churches, share the gospel with students, and helps thoughtfully engage others with the good news in our current cultural moment. The longer answer? Well, friends Ryan Baitzel and Steve Hawthorne from Emergence Church in NJ recently interviewed Reid related to that question. His wife thought the audio/video from this could be helpful in answering this question a little bit more, so here is a little of his story and what he is up to today.
