Episode 77 - X-Men (2000)

The United States is about to swear in a new, evil president and we all need to find our own ways of coping with that. Rachelle and Dave are choosing to watch all of the X-Men movies in order. Because why not rub a little salt in the wound, right? In this episode they discuss the very first X-Men movie. It came out almost seventeen years ago! It had highs (Hugh Jackman's chest) and lows (what on earth was Magneto's plan again?). Also discussed in this episode: God Country #1, the new Watchmen teaser thing at DC, a new Defenders comic, and, for whatever reason, the 2005 Mark Ruffalo movie, Just Like Heaven.
