On this week’s show we check in with Bryan LeFever of Purple Heart Homes . The lifelong sportsman has one of the coolest and most rewarding jobs I’ve come across in that he gets to take our veterans on hunting and fishing trips. His role as Corporate Relationship Director essentially involves fundraising and finding partners willing to donate their resources to get our heroes into the outdoors. Of course, Purple Heart Homes main mission is to aide in restoring, remodeling and renovating etc our veterans homes. If there is a veteran with a need when it comes to their home, this organization steps in to try and help. We discuss the mission and subsequently the healing that Bryan has seen first hand on some of the outdoor adventures he’s taken veterans on. A passionate outdoorsman, he also has a passion for night fishing for big largemouth in his home state of North Carolina. Bryan talks about their unique nighttime tournament trail and what baits he finds to be the most succesful under the cover of darkness.
