She went to work fresh out of college at 23 years old as a sales coordinator at a manufactured housing company. She had no idea what she wanted to do, lasted only 5 months, and absolutely thought sales was not the way she wanted to go in life. Then she found a job listing in the newspaper (that’s what you did in those days) for a sales coordinator at Fleetwood Motor Homes. After 3 interviews with various people, she was hired in December of 1993 and was promoted to a full sales position. She not only grew to love being in sales, she excelled at it. She’s spent her career in an industry that has become her home for nearly 30 years now.
