Jesse is a country singer and songwriter from Hastings, Michigan. He grew up  in Hastings and was fortunate to be able to spend much of his time in the woods and on the water, which is where most of his inspiration comes from.He got his start in music mainly for himself, and as a way to relax and unwind. "Some of my friends are the ones responsible for pushing me out into the public music scene while I was in college. Music has always been my go-to for anything I'm feeling, and I quickly realized that my music was having that effect on people and I thoroughly enjoyed being the one to help people through whatever it was they were going through; whether they were celebrating, or mourning, or stressed out."Jesse has been playing solo, live acoustic shows since 2014, and currently plays several times a week locally and loves every minute of it! I thoroughly enjoyed having Jesse on the show.
