Episode #78: Tributary - Bird Box

Hi everybody!  Welcome back to the Reel Film Nerds Podcast!  Today Matt’s backup mic is working great!  Overtime even because it literally picks up every sound in the room.  Today Mysterious Mike and Matt bring you a new Tributary cast with their review of Bird Box.  Off topic topics include a new segment what are you drinking, The Walking Dead, lack of time in our lives, and lastly the first RFN awards show! Bird Box is basically a mash up between A Quiet Place (RFN Episode #10) and The Happening.  It is an incredible thrill ride from start to finish.  The acting is incredible especially by Sandra Bullock and John Malkovich but honestly when do they not shine?  The story is very good, and the sets look great.  I think this is starting to become an issue, but both of your hosts agree Bird Box has a great showing for Mike and an average showing for Matt with 3.5 out of 5 Reels!  This is a must see sci-fi thriller even if you do not have Netflix.  Just steal a friend or co-workers login and watch it.
