Uninformed Optimism – "This is gonna be amazing!" This is where the journey begins — fired up, excited, full of vision. You're in the gym with a new program. Launching a business. Starting a relationship. And you're thinking, "Let's GOOO!" But here's the truth — you don't know what you don't know. The obstacles are hiding. The price hasn't been revealed. That's why your job is to anchor to PURPOSE, not just passion. Purpose keeps you going when the feelings fade. Passion starts the race… purpose finishes it. Informed Pessimism – "This is harder than I thought…" Now the smoke clears. The hype fades. The soreness sets in. You realize — "This ain't easy." This is where doubt creeps in and dreams die… unless you know it's part of the process. So let me coach you right now — if you're feeling resistance, good! That means you're in it. It means you're changing. Don't run from the pain — lean into it. Normalize it. Expect it. Push through it. Decide Now – Will You Quit or Win? Most people never get past Stage 2.
