We also talked about what it means to be an Artist.Susan is a printmaker, online art tutor, author, and also a yoga teacher. She has published a number of books on art and creativity as well as delivering online courses and a special ‘Inspire’ membership group that helps to keep people inspired on a regular basis.Susan loves to combine mindfulness and yoga with sketching and believes that art can have a wonderful power to heal and to help us to relax and enjoy life a little more.One of her BIG projects is an annual sketchbook challenge (01 Jan each year) that invites absolutely anyone and everyone to join in and sketch every day for 30 days in a row on a set prompt.
