Fest 19 didn’t happen in 2020 and for both a good and terrible reason - Covid 19. The good folks of Fest did put together an incredible weekend of livestreams by a ton of bands that would’ve played the real world Fest and they called it “The Fest That Never Was”. I caught a bunch of those livestreams and it helped my mental state considerably. Well, I wanted to send a love letter to you, the listener of the Bobcast and to Fest. Here it is. A few of the bands I wouldn’t have missed at Fest 19 and also bands that I love dearly. Wolf-Face, NOMORE, Get Married, Danger Inc., Worriers and War On Women. Two songs each. Fest - I miss you, I love you and I will see you next year.

Gainesville Fest didn't happen in person this year, this horrible joke of a year, 2020. However! "The Fest That Never Was" took place over the Halloween weekend of 2020 and was RAD. Here's my tribute to Fest and six of the bands I would've seen had an actual Fest taken place this year - Wolf-Face, NOMORE, Get Married, Danger Inc., Worriers and War On Women.
