EPISODE 79: LOOKING BACK AT A DECADE FULL OF EXPERIENCES!

In this episode of The Happy Workaholic Podcast I am sharing quite a lot that has been weighing on me lately. As you may or may not know I turned 40 this month and have been reflecting a lot! Journaling much more than my norm and just trying to move through the stresses that has been following me around. I'm going through the last decade of my life that has been full of many unique experiences. The great, the scary and the very unexpected of course! I'm sharing my truths about what it is like to go through every day feelings of depression and anxiety. What it is really like to have an autoimmune disease and the surprises it will always have in store for me. I've taken time to reflect back on a decade of business as well. Why I made certain decisions and what lessons I've learned along the way and so much more... This may be one of my longest episodes but I promise it is filled with some great tips and life lessons I've learned over the past ten years.
