His fellow liberal blowhard Bill Clinton published a god-awful op-ed in the New York Times, and we’ll pick it apart. Then you’ll have to decide who does the best Bill Clinton impression. Trump’s been having a busy week, tweeting nonsense about CNN, whistling about Israel-Palestine through his ill-fitting dentures, and ostensibly agreeing to be physically examined for the public record. Until we get the deets on the machinations of Trump’s internal organs, we’ll discuss the maladies of some of our previous presidents, how much we can actually know about them, and, more importantly, how politically useful any of this health information is. We’ve also had an eventful week in non-Trump political news. Unfortunately for our anarchist listeners, the government shutdown has been averted temporarily! Political cartoons had a field day sneering at poor Trump voters, even as a significant portion of the urban coastal elite roast in Los Angeles. And the War to defend Christmas continued at the federal level as Senate Democrats found themselves uninvited to the White House Chanukah party, an ungodly event that no Jews should be subjected to. In the pop culture corner, Dan and I are talking about the worst Christmas movies, from the corny to the CGI. And for this week’s storytime, Dan will tell you about hard times and fast living as a rambunctious highschooler at A Medieval Times in Maryland. It’s a great show, and 9/10 doctors agree that the weekly plunge is what you need to identify the clogs in politics and pop culture.
