Dario Tomaselli, Master Chef, Entrepreneur on Ah-Ha Moments for Success with Anita Heidema Dario Tomaselli was born and raised in Milan and trained at the Hotelier Institute of Stresa. He worked in Switzerland and at the Ciga Gestioni, Montreaux, France, Brazil, Bali, Jacarta and in Milan before immigrating to Canada in 1990. In Canada, Dario worked for Il Posto, Four Seasons, Centro and spent ten years as the Executive Chef at ORO restaurant, where he earned many distinctions and Awards for Excellence. Dario creations, expertise and ability to speak 4 languages brought him to Global Melia Hotels as their Executive Chef for 3 years. Dario joined George Brown College in 2006 and is the Coordinator of the International Italian Post-Graduate Program.
