In this episode we sat down with Maj. Saily Rodriguez for a really interesting chat about the Female Fitment Program that she manages. She also serves as the Combat Ready Airmen deputy branch chief in the Human Systems Division of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Agile Combat Support Directorate. During the discussion Maj. Rodriguez walks us through the history of Female Fitment, and explains how the program is serving the needs of Airmen across the Air Force, both on and off the flight line.
