Episode 8. James Brown

from Shaarei Shomayim Radio

In a change from my usual LBP guest, today I’m talking to clinical Psychologist and Lecturer at The University of Southern Queensland, James Brown about depression. This show is not only about providing a forum for LBP’s to share their stories, it’s also about offering support and help with dealing with all of the issues involved with relationship breakdowns and being alienated from children. Depression is a very serious issue, that many suffer, and sadly for some, the depression can sometimes be too much. In this episode James talks us through what depression is, how it manifests, and how we can cope with it. Above all we provide hope that there is a way out and that depression can be over come.
