Today I am joined with Jessica who talks about her story with IBS and then her story with IBD. Jess has Ulcerative Colitis, she loves to raise awareness and to educate herself as well as other people. She think more people should get educated and thought about disabilities and Illnesses  because some people don't understand and may judge. Jess has also been shielding since March because of her low immune system. This episode is an interesting listen.
