This week I am featuring Natomas, a community in the northern section of Sacramento… Natomas has easy access to downtown Sacramento via Interstate 5….. Natomas also benefits from its location along the Sacramento River with boating, fishing, and walking paths.….. Natomas is about 10 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Also…. For people who like to visit North Lake Tahoe…. Interstate 80 runs through Natomas, and Truckee is just 100 miles away…. I selected Natomas this week because only 12 single family homes sold over the past week…. There are now 278 single family homes available in Natomas which is the most June inventory in six years…..
