This episode I visit Tiger Martial Arts in South Gate, CA to talk with my friend Omar Aviles. I first met Omar when he was working at the UFC gym in La Mirada. Omar has been practicing various martial arts since the age of 4. His father is the owner of Tiger Martial Arts, formerly Tiger Taekwondo.
