This is a very exciting podcast to be able to share! Australian Latte Art Champion Shinsaku Fukuyama blazed a very inspiring trail to earn his title. Before all of his success though, Shin was travelling the world as a professional snowboarder. A brutal injury unfortunately ended Shin's snowboarding career and saw him endure years of depression. After years working as a chef, Shin found meaning and happiness in a new craft, coffee! Unable to speak English and having no experience making coffee, Shin let no obstacle get in his way and he is now an international coffee superstar!
